Please use the mattress protector. Your Luna & Sol Mattress warranty will be considered null and void if these conditions are not met or if your mattress has stains or contamination of any kind.

This mattress is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for up to 5 years from the original purchase date. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, please contact the retailer you purchased your mattress from or call us directly at 417-952-2099 for further instructions. This guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, including body impressions less than 1.5 inches or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper handling. All shipping and handling cost for warranty claims are the responsibility of the mattress owner.
